<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Its a new kick my wife got me on and I love it. I helps me calm down, relax and I feel great after. It even helps me sleep a bit better. I'm thinking of doing a FREE (no string attached) workshop to share what I learned with other vets. Anyone interested?Tue, 05 Nov 2024 18:53:00 -0500Anyone interested in trying out breathing exercise and meditation for PTSD?

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I've been doing simple breathwork and guided sessions and noticed I get better sleep and less tension during the day. Someone in my group suggested using boshan lu <a target="_blank" href="https://heazz.com/product-tag/powder-incense-burner/">https://heazz.com/product-tag/powder-incense-burner/</a> , and it actually helped ground me. I wasn’t big into meditation before, but this made it feel more real and less like a chore. <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default">
