Anyone know of someone hired by Shooterjobs or Professional Overseas Contractors?

Seems kinda odd to me. You have to pay a monthly fee to even search their job listings. Even if you do end up paying, it looks as though they are advertising for jobs long since filled or are no longer in use. Have you used other agencies with better results?
