If in the mount for vrc 90 put on bottom rack to actually use the pa as the to only pushes pa power if hooked to a vrc 92 external pa. Then Check all the cables with known good ones, chech paa with known good, check mount with known good. If that doesnt go hook to a GRM for tesring the radio itself by component card.

If it fails the self test hook it up to the GRM and test it there, then go from there in the TM, if you don't have a TM, you're gonna have to get one. If you don't have a GRM, or it doesn't have the right programs to test the 1523, you're gonna need to take it to someone who does.

It means everything and nothing...Literally, it could be something as simple as an improperly seated card or something as massive as a combination of damaged cards and cable. It's a dreadful fail code. You'll usually fail LIT: 750, during the diagnostic test.
