Besides it shows discipline to voluntarily go do something in the worst weather conditions. Not like the Army closes when it's raining, snowing, drought conditions (all basic Wisconsin weather conditions in a single month). When it rains and I'm running, it's like God is helping me stay cool and hydrated. When it's windy He's forcing air into my lungs and pushing my back to keep me going further.
