I am on the same scroll with state orders from 02 aug. I'm anticipating april 2019, and will believe in back pay when i see it.

My state order is July 10th. I'm with CPT Peter Petrillo; I'll believe back pay when I see it and don't anticipate seeing orders cut until next Spring at the earliest. One CPT told me it took 10 months from her state order to federal. I had a 2LT it took a year to get promoted to 1LT!

I'm betting that not much will change until after the holidays, but I could be wrong. This is pure speculation on my part but thinking January some time for our orders to hit Iperms if things keep moving as they have been lately. Other than that last up date was last Friday from MAJ Binstock.

Well, the New Year is upon us in two short days. Any guesses as to when p14-18 promotion orders will be signed? I was hoping in the next couple of weeks but with all the SECDEF drama and holidays I'm feeling a little pessimistic.

Do the letters represent anything? It seemed we were PL14-18, but now it seems we are U14-18...or are they different scrolls?
