Anyone seen a list of the 17 intel agencies who say the Russians hacked the election?

I keep hearing "17 intelligence agencies" w/o once hearing who they are. Do we even have 17 intel agencies, even in our bloated government?

@MSgt George Cater Can anyone justify that many intelligence agencies? Would we save money with fewer agencies that were chartered gracefully share G-2 with one another?

These guys could probably put Assange and all the rest out of business for awhile. They've done things similar in the past. Just not sure how wise it would be to contact them if anyone even knows how, because even opening up a dialogue with them might have consequences. They mostly pick their own battles besides.

Why does DOD have so many intelligence agencies? And why do the Depts of State, Energy, and Treasury need their own intelligence agencies?
