Anyone waiting on P09-17?

I'm in the same boat, now at 272 and *still* hasn't moved from SecArmy where it is only supposed to sit 8 days (from a flowchart I was able to find on another post). My plan is to retire DEC 1 2-18, so it really needs to get moving.

Hello, I'm waiting on P09-17 for CPT. I retire in 19 months with 22 years. I am frustrated since this process is hurting my retirement. I am over 220 days and sitting at Sec Army. Reached out to S1 and they claim nothing can be done. I disagree with this whole process. Has anyone tried to fix this issue? I have read lots of the same comments over this and I can't believe nothing has been done to correct the process.
