Anyone with severe facial injuries or conditions? How do you deal with it? How did the military and VA treat you? Did you get compensation?

I have severe injury to the face, and severe conditions stemming from the injury. Trying to find out how others deal with it, how the military and VA treated them, and did they get compensation.
