Find an area, or course, that is that length and just keep riding until you meet your time. Also, remember to keep the same gear set on your bike when you do it. Enroll is a cycling class, if they are available on post, and do then in lieu of PT. My wife does this. I am currently at Fort Gordon and the staff member at the gym said that was cheating and would not let me train on the bike.
