I got curious and reviewed it with great surprise, that as a SM I can be rewarded with cash. Yes, CASH! This is not to include what my monthly entitlement is, but for saving the Army money or doing something else great. <br />My question is has anyone ever seen SMs get cash awarded for something? <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>We had a SM from my battalion that made a bleeder kit, this would assist with dressing wounds. The Army didn't bite off on this but Sked-co did, and the SM seperated from active to join the reserves. This guy ended up making a few hundred thousand for his efforts.
