Arab League Vows Military Support to Libya: Are the right nations fighting the war?

The Arab League has promised military support to Libya in the fight against ISIL but has not yet responded to requests for air strikes. This is a good step to get more local/regional involvement or "ownership" of the war. My question is do we have the right mix of nations involved? What are some risks of involving more regional powers in the conflict?

The Arab League pledged military support on Tuesday to help Libya's internationally recognized government fight Islamic State, but did not publicly agree to a request for air strikes.

Is this just talk without the action? I hope not. It looks like we may be there for a very long time. Can we afford this?

Arab League = Egypt, in this case. Probably some monetary support from the gulf states.
Egypt has had some issues with ISIS operations inside it's territory, and would like to take the fight to their bases of support in east and south Libya. Nothing altruistic about this move. Just practical thinking.
