They’re actually first priority and housing is highly available right now. Again, I’m not sure what your orders state but if your dependents are authorized to come with you, you should be able to get on post housing. I don’t know all the restrictions you’ll have, but you will have many. We had married soldiers. But, all IET (straight out of basic) soldiers stayed in the barracks. You'll PCS with your family to DLI. When you finish DLI you will attend training enroute to your next duty station. You will be TDY at that point and your family will either be at DLI or moved ahead to your follow on assignment Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 27 at 2020 11:59 AM 2020-12-27T11:59:16-05:00 2020-12-27T11:59:16-05:00 SFC Private RallyPoint Member 6612291

Pretty sure you do. There were a couple people in my class for 35F (then 96B) who were married and they had to stay in the barracks. Our AIT was a little over 16 weeks.

I got confused because your OP doesn't say DLI first. If DLI first they'll be at DLI - I'm not sure about when you go to Huachuca. I'd ask an instructor at DLI or someone there who would likely know better.
