Those at HQDA that review NCOERs are rather meticulous when it comes to the evals and regs. When I was getting both Masters I had a bullet under intellect I believe. I never got it kicked back.

I just looked up my NCOERs and in 2017 I have a bullet about my first Master's degree. "earned a Master's degree in Public Relations with 3.3 GPA; enhanced personal and professional growth."

In 2018 I started my second Master's and had a bullet about it on that NCOER about enrolling in the program for my Master's in Security Management. I didn't manage to get it on my 2019 NCOER after I graduated because my leadership was...yeah. Unless something changed in the last 3 years...I don't know. THAT is what needs to be removed, not the college reference.
Most of my NCOER's mention college. That's perfectly fine. But your NCOER is about your military performance, not civilian (I assume you're a reservist).
So no mention of civilian occupations.
