No camelback, no camouflage backpack, no "go Army" t-shirt, and certainly no uniform items.

And a word of advice from a man that has been in the Army for a minute and lives right in the middle of the chaos in Minneapolis. Be aware of who you are associating with. There is more than one group out there on the street, and they don't have the same agenda. Exercise your First Amendment rights, but if you see illegal things going on, get the fuck away from it. If you find yourself in the wrong place at the wrong time, it will have serious consequences.
As someone who lives here, right now Minneapolis is the wrong place to be.
Be smart, son. I know that Alabama has the ACMJ (Alabama Code of Military Justice) for NG SM's. If your state does, I would be very careful about protesting, as it could come back on you military side. Consider that your physical presence in a riot (however law abiding you are by intent or action) makes you a rioter. Regrettably you never had the chance to exercise your right to protest what happened to Mr. Floyd. The professional revolutionaries were determined to create the havoc we are now seeing on TV.

In Minneapolis a few of the people wished to protest the death of Mr. Floyd. Most of the people involved needed an excuse to upgrade their electronics and/or destroy everything in sight. Then there is the small cadre of professionals who miraculously arrived to lead them in battle.

Do you believe in coincidences? I find it interesting that these riots are occurring just as we really press Communist China over their oppression of Hong Kong.

Stay out of this one. It could literally ruin your life and I doubt Mr. Floyd would want that.

Where is CIFA now that we need them? As we saw recently on the news today, the vast majority of looting taking place is coming from non-MSP-residents. Theres a lot of good people out there protesting nonviolently, but unfortunatly there are also the depraved who are taking advantage of a city in crisis. It would be a great deal of appreciation to the people of the oppressed to see our military protesting for them to have justice and to be able to have the ability to live without being in fear of there race or ethnic background. I feel you should go and protest(follow your military guidelines) but normally during the early, mid day is when it is peaceful. I’ve been out there and it didn’t get bad until the police provoked the situation of peaceful protesters that were already on edge. Wrong is wrong! Your presence is everything tone a part of change!
