<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Access your board file through the HRC self service portal. You have until 20 April, but don&#39;t wait that long. If your personal computer isn&#39;t working try a government one. Or maybe it&#39;s your certificates on your CAC. All DOD just converted, so you could try clearing your certs and SSL in your internet options and try again.
