One (PTSD) is a widely accepted dx. PAPD is another instance when psychiatry is twisted to fit politics of the military. If given that (BS) diagnosis, getting an objective second opinion would r/o or provide a more accurate differential diagnosis. From the read, it sounds like an efficient way to &quot;clean house&quot; and eliminates lots of time and costs.
