Army to enlist robots to pull Soldiers off battlefield

In the future, it may no longer be a medic who comes running to the side of a wounded Soldier. Instead, it might be an Army-operated unmanned aerial or ground vehicle.

I do not believe so. In order to hold the objective you still need a man to stick the guidon in the ground and say this is mine now.

They may save thousands of lives but you can't remove the human factor from the battlefield.

I suspect foot mobile drones more than robots. I don't know that AI is developed enough for fully autonomous robots.. Humans will still be in control...
