Unless there is an immediate information of attack on their area of responsibility such as nuclear weapons of mass destruction / CBRN / or an army advance.

Other than that, I would go the CoC.

CENTCOM is Major Command, to put this into perspective they have a responsibility of oversight for region of the globe. You (personally) would have no valid reason for contacting them. On the other hand you can go through your COC asking for a reason so that you know what you can do if anything to fix the issue.
