Are TA 312's still being used?

I'm at work this morning and an LTC and I were telling a young SGT about field phones. He'd said that he had never seen one. I guess I've lost SA on if they are being used anymore. RIP?

They came off the property book while I was a commander in 2010. We still had them but they were no longer tracked.

They are still M-Towed in the event of an EMP that would disrupt wireless communications.

I saw some floating around in some guard units over time. They have fallen out of favor and I think no longer used.
