What makes it suck is the vagueness of it, but depending on the rank of the interpreter of the reg, it&#39;s either much more &quot;clear&quot; or twice as &quot;cloudy&quot;. Persons with rank must be in those positions as teachers, mentors, and leaders. They must foster trust and respect with troops. That means not banging your troops.
