Are there any 68K that are stationed or have been stationed in Japan right now? 2020-01-06T15:02:11-05:00 SPC(P) Private RallyPoint Member 5419562 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>There’s a spot open right now but I’m not sure if I want to take it. How often do you think this chance will come by for you? If you haven&#39;t taken it, it&#39;s probably gone already. Okinawa is the most incredible place I&#39;ve ever been stationed and would go back in a heartbeat if I could Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 6 at 2020 3:36 PM 2020-01-06T15:36:06-05:00 2020-01-06T15:36:06-05:00 MSG Private RallyPoint Member 5419685 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>This is completely a decision you need to make on your own. If you get a whole lot of &quot;I love it&quot; responses, you may choose to go there because of that and find yourself asking &quot;how the hell does anybody love this place?&quot; I did 10 years in Germany in my career, just because i know i have absolute zero interest in Asia. I&#39;m sure it s a beautiful place, but i felt more of a connection to Europe. That&#39;s just me though. Nobody knows you better than you. What does your gut tell you? You may not have this opportunity come along again. I wish you luck in your decision making process. but the choice is yours and yours alone, i understand trying to get input and gauge others experiences, but i cant tell you how many movies i have loved, even though others hated!!!!!!!!! and vice versa, Do some research on travel opportunities and other things of interest to you in the area, that may help guide you. But, me personally, i have found ways to enjoy every single place i was stationed over my career. You just have to take advantage of what their is to offer and not stay on post or the barracks. get out, get some new culture, see what the world has to offer. Good luck!!!!!!!!!
