You know how silly this question is? A JMB is a mixture of 2 or more services, Charleston at one time is 1 of 3 USAF bases for space A travel to Europe. I know they did not shut the AFB down,

Its home of the Air Force's 628th Air Base Wing. So yeah there ahould be airman there.

I worked on the ramp there. Sometime you would get the stink from a paper mill. It was the worst around dawn when the air was cool
