Military medicine is designed around mobility, and there is limited application to chiropractors down range (can&#39;t be cross utilized in different areas). Most of the DOs are trained in manipulations, whether or not they still perform them is totally at their discretion. Oddly, I do have a flight surgeon who was a chiropractor prior to going to med school (was also a mortician). Very interesting guy.
