I start terminal in February so I am entering my 90 day window from my final out and was wondering if there were regulations stating I didn't have to attend make up training days for training I missed during out processing. I know when I was at lakenheath, when I was 90 days from pcs, I didn't have to make up any training I missed so they never forced me to go to any unit training. I know for certifications I'll need (weapons) I'll have to go to that but I am speaking more of training put on by the unit.

Yeah. The only reason I asked was because the training they want me to do is on the same day of a medical appointment and the training is combatives, which I already have my certification in. So, it's pretty redundant to send someone certified to training they don't need. Especially since these appointments are for me separating.

Not sure about the AF, but in the Marines you will do your last PFT/CFT all the way to the end. Most complain about it, but it is still unit PT and you are still a Marine. Now as for rifle qual, I never sent Marines if they had less than 3-6 months left. That is a training event that costs money and others need the slots to train. It really depended on if there was room to send short timers or not.
