<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am a Medical Services Officer who has completed LOG C3. My experience is: Medical PL, Medical Operations Officer, SPO MEDLOG, SPO Transportation, Distribution Company Commander. I have deployed as a MEDO and have an ADOS position for two years in the Brigade S4 shop. I wonder if I lack the requisite experience to successfully promote to MAJ as MS, or, LG... as I have had the irregular career path.Fri, 15 Jan 2021 16:17:17 -0500Are there any mechanisms to compensate for irregular COMPO 2 career progression when transferring COMPO2 to COMPO 1?

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I assume you are still branched MS, therefore you will compete in the MS boards, unless you branch transfer to LG. Your career path seems pretty normal within MS branch -as a FA90. That is why this program exists.COL Private RallyPoint MemberFri, 15 Jan 2021 16:22:42 -05002021-01-15T16:22:42-05:002021-01-15T16:17:17-05:00
