I watched Stan Musial park one over the right-field fence at the old Sportsman's Park and that won the game against Pittsburgh. Roberto Clemente stepped back a few steps while tracking the trajectory of the ball, then in obvious despair, tucked his glove under his arm and trotted in from right field. It was the perfect scenario because St.Louis needed every run and it turned out to be a grand slam just over the Longines watch sign in right field.
