Are there any programs or options to pay off student loans if I commission into active duty after ROTC (besides a scholarship)?

Only one that I am aware of and it is only for non-prior service ROTC students.
SLRP is almost exclusively for enlisted and some warrants.

Here is official information. Historically, there hasn't been officer programs for this. The idea is that you get commissioned and pay your loans with your income.

I know you said no scholarships but... scholarships. Federal aid, FAFSA. Work studies. Look for grants. & when all else fails, call your schools financial & ask/beg/cry. Sometimes it works.
