In my own complex, SMs rarely wear their headgear and I have occasionally seen soldiers going tan, wearing civilian ball caps and drinking beer. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I'm not really sure where this is but unless an establishment is set as an mwr facility or specifically designated by the commanding authority then it is just something put up and not supported by regulation. I'm sure the complexe is doing it to attract young soldiers but it takes education on the part of leaders to set things straight.
