Please clarify your question. Obviously, I'm not going to provide a direct answer inasmuch as I don't really look for Internet content focusing on Black Americans. I prefer that which focuses on Americans. However, if someone is going to provide useful information, they'll need to know what you're looking for. Are you, for example, looking for a website where you can post your opinions or engage in discussions, one that has a ready-made Black American audience? Or, are you looking for a blogger who is a Black American? Websites where you can discuss Black American issues but may also appeal to non-Black Americans (such as Facebook, Twitter, et al) are not satisfactory because...?

I remember there used to be Asian Avenue and Mi Gente. There's also BlackPlanet I believe. Not sure if it's a blogging platform or more of a social media platform. You can always create one!

Black Planet has been around since before MySpace. Can't believe its still around.

True, if I create more posts on the topic, I may create a specific category for it on my blog.

Xanga was like another live journal. Doesn't seem as popular though.

If you wish to blog and to focus on issues in "the Black American " communities just go to https://www.blogger.com/ (easier than wordpress) and create your FREE blog on any topic. You can then also link up with others. I started a blog 10 yrs ago that had over a million readers by the 3 yr and now has numerous contibuting authors. I accept no paid ads, no authros are paid and no contribution for the site and all subscriptions are free. Also, Google provides this free and they have lots of layouts and you can then modify the layout, etc.

Also, there are lots of military bloggers out there focusing on the military.

Best wishes on blogging!

I already have my own blog. I'm looking for other platforms to share more content similar to this - http://golivelively.com/2016/12/13/attn-blacks/

Join nearly 2 million former and current members of the US military, just like you.
