I am task to find a course that the military offers that focuses on force protection that may deal with facilities or infrastructure. I checked ATRRS but I have not found anything specific.

The Physical Security Course and the Anti-Terrorism Officer Basic Course... Both are on ATTRS and are offered through USAMPS, and both are available to Reservists.

MSG (Join to see) - If you can't find them by searching by course title, look under school code 191 (USAMPS) and that should narrow down the selection.

I would call the physical security office at the closest installation and see if you could attend the course as a walk on.

MSG (Join to see) The first course I can think of that is relevant is the anti-terrorism force protection LVL II or ATFP LVL II, or it may be called the Anti-terrorism officers advanced course now. Here is a link to the Army's force protection training site: http://www.wood.army.mil/usamps/Training/Courses.html

I would think that a Force Protection course would be Total Army course and wouldn't be focused on one component MSG (Join to see). The exception might in the ARNG which has state responsibilities and federal responsibilities.
You might want to tag Force Protection and Force protection Officer.

I know there is a course but I no longer have connections. Check with a school type unit or the National guard unit I hope that helps
