This is the policy, and I&#39;m asking for a waiver or exception to it. I would get the template waiver DA 4187 on the OCS HRC webpage and submit through your chain of command to HRC. Based on the reasoning and any supporting documentation, HRC will make a decision if they will support it. Hope that helps.
