As far as I know the only waivers are for those who have been off of the meds for at least 12 months. However I cannot find any up to date information that says yes or no, so any help is greatly appreciated!

A waiver is like an Exception up Policy. This is the policy, and I'm asking for a waiver or exception to it. I would get the template waiver DA 4187 on the OCS HRC webpage and submit through your chain of command to HRC. Based on the reasoning and any supporting documentation, HRC will make a decision if they will support it. Hope that helps.

SSG (Join to see) You can always submit it. The purpose of the waiver is stating that you are requesting a waiver to the 12 month requirement being off that medication. I cannot tell you if they'll approve it but there is nothing preventing you from submitting it
