This can really do a disservice to a soldier (MyPay) if a process is not properly dealt with. CoC is stating that have heard nothing from JAG in reference to paperwork, however speaking with JAG they said they sent paperwork last week. Even with a wash out soldier kept SSG <br /> Look at pay scale. There are monthly pays for ranks with far too few years. Usually it's just a DA Form 4187 with an attached copy of the article 15, for E-1 - E-4 it takes Company Commanders signature, for E-5 Bn Commander and E-6 it takes BDE Commanders signature or higher headquarters Commanders signature. I just was afloat and had no way to know. Leave, promotions reductions,m etc., were entered in the MPO and sent to Finance. Things happened. e.g., If you forgot to enter an individual's departure and return from leave, they were never charged with that leave. Don't remember the many times I had to submit the MPO showing re-correction of an E-5, busted by CM to E-1 and years later, the CM was overturned and had to adjust his pay accordingly.
