This website https://www.gograd.org/financial-aid/scholarships/military-veterans/ has a quick reference to some, but really there are millions out there to sift through, you just need to find one that is a good fit for you.

There are some government grants that you may apply for but that would depend on your state of residence and the state your school is in.

Graduate Scholarships for Military Veterans | GoGrad.org

A variety of graduate school scholarships are available to military veterans, and their spouses and families, to help fund an advanced degree. Our tuitions were paid, his was not fully funded. We did a lot of work to help him get the rest of the money. One of the things we looked at was scholarships. There are a bunch of $500 scholarships out there that aren't too difficult to apply for. This was a number (more than I care to remember) of years ago. I can't remember what sites we used back then, but I am sure if you Google Veteran scholarships, something should come up. Also look into the VFW, American Legions in the area. Many of them offer scholarships. The last advice, and this is not a sexy thing to do, but it helped pay almost a semester of his tuition... We gathered a bunch of textbooks that students had thrown out, and sold them through Amazon (they now have a book buy back program). Some of the textbooks are ridiculously crazy money when bought back. I will try to think of some other stuff we did and add it in later. Because I was in the Guard I had Wisconsin GI bill, and the Post 9/11 GI Bill. I am getting it all covered, with the GI bill and my own work obtaining scholarships. Don't give up. I also believe if you have over a 30% service connection you may qualify for Vocational Rehabilitation.
