If diagnosed as Autistic I would expect nothing less an Honorable under medical condition discharge. Don't see any more promotions either. Wondering how this soldier made it thru basic training and AIT? Semper Fi. What is the STEP program for? Even though I don't agree 100% with the "board," I currently do not have an alternative for the process. My last unit, the board was about "scenario based" not just Q & A. LIke my CSM used to say, bring me a solution to the problem, and we can discuss it.
