What is GDP-RSM? Are you asking do you qualify for the medals? There's not a lot of info in your question.
If you are asking about whether you qualify for the awards you need to look at the specific eligibility criteria to see if you qualify. One question I have, did you deploy outside of CONUS?

2.G. North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
NATO Non-Article 5 Medal for Service on the North Atlantic Council approved RESOLUTE SUPPORT Mission in Afghanistan is approved for acceptance and wear by qualifying US Service members and Department of Defense (DOD) civilian personnel from 01Jan15-TBD. Qualifying service members and DOD civilian personnel must have met NATO medal eligibility criteria and been duly awarded the above-referenced medal by NATO Headquarters or a NATO theater commander who has been delegated award authority by the Supreme Allied Commander, Europe.

If you are still in country, these awards should be placed into your records. Short answer is Yes, when you get back stateside. Semper fi and keep your powder dry.

PS: Army folks: Marines don't get points for promotion for receiving awards, makes awards cheap. marine Corps don't play that game,.

NATO medals are really squirrelly. You have to have orders from an approved NATO mission to wear a NATO medal. This is an issue for many guys who served on NATO missions in the 1990's, but their commands dissolved before the awards were authorized. If you can't produce orders that you are serving under a NATO operation which meets the qualification criteria to award the medal the best bet is to not wear the medal.
