The only logo is on the top of the foot and it&#39;s covered. Good enough for me. Plus I&#39;ve seen some weird boot socks being worn in my day, toe and heel different color etc etc. <br /><br />As for pt socks, when I wear pts, I wear Nike dri fit. Logo is by the toes and covered. If they are in the Material ban than can cause injury from melting in a fire, then I personally wouldn&#39;t wear them, no matter how comfortable they are. <br /><br />But to answer the question look in the DA PAM 670-1, and the ALARCTS. might be covered in there somewhere that isn&#39;t covered in DAPAM or REG. You didn&#39;t specify which uniforms but 670-1 will. Personally, I prefer black socks as they&#39;re multi-purpose - ACU/OCP, ASU, and personal wear. Polyester-cotton blend is better for the feet. But basically the color is all the matters. If there&#39;s any logos on it, those logos can&#39;t be visible. I’m reading of guys and even women soldiers that wear the pants uniforms wear those suppression hose socks and they say it gives them more ‘staying power’ and can be on their feet longer .. <br />nobody can see them, when under their regular uniform socks ..
