Response by SSgt Christophe Murphy made Jul 2 at 2020 1:40 PM 2020-07-02T13:40:36-04:00 2020-07-02T13:40:36-04:00 SGT Chris Padgett 6073645 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>VR&amp;E is a program targeted to service connected veterans who are rated 20% or more. <br />You must have an employment handicap to use Chapter 31 benefits.<br />If you have GI Bill Benefits Available you may be required to use those first. <br />Chapter 33 Benefits are less restrictive as to what classes and course you can take.<br />Chapter 31 benefits require you to pick a program, research the program and stick to it. You must get approval if you decide to change course plans or majors. If you decide to take an elective that falls out of the major, you will have to get approval. <br />In short you cant take a photography course if you&#39;re in a education major. <br />Chapter 33, doors wide open as long as you have the eligibility.
