Are we allowed to wear active duty deployment patches in the Reserves?

Are we allowed to wear active duty deployment patches in the reserves? Going in from the IRR?

Right Shoulder, if earned - Always.
Left shoulder - It should be only your assigned unit.

I wasnt sure about the reserve side regulations coming from active

Yes, if you deployed to one of the authorized areas you earned that patch.

Yes, as long as you've earned it from an overseas tour. I'd make sure that your Combat Patch/Insignia memorandum is updated in your iPERMS/Record File.

There’s no such thing as an ‘active duty’ patch. All are part of ONE ARMY!
