Are we eligible for BAH in Hong Kong?

My wife is from Hong Kong. She had to move back to take care of her mom for a while. I'm stationed in the States and not planning to move.

You are eligible for where your duty station is located.

Only where you are assigned to- she doesn't count in that.

They have already answered this one. If you are separated from your spouse for personal reasons, meaning the Army didn’t deploy you or put you on an unaccompanied tour then you will only get BAH for your duty location.
