Despite the possible abuses of the technology, I think the pros far outweigh the cons. Imagine how it might save a life in an earthquake or an avalanche (earthquake is probably more likely). I think it's a very good development. A friend&#39;s mother drove off the road and her car ended upside down in a river. They were able to find her by her cell phone. Security is always on the bottom of the list for priority.
