The waiver is in effect until March 31, 2021, according to OPM.<br /><br />Consider joining VA as a re-employed annuitant! <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Worse place I ever worked. I was fired while on FMLA for my 3.5 years old 3rd open heart surgery. I&#39;m a Veteran, and an LPN. They would charge me AWOL knowing full well that I was on Military Duties (Drill, Order, etc.) as well. Lawsuit pending.<br />Plus, if you work for any Federal Agency, you CAN NOT use Tricare. You are forced to use whatever they offer like BC/BS, etc.
