Are you authorized to wear medals and awards you earned while on active duty Army while in the Army National Guard?

I was trying to find an answer, and all I have seen is that National Guard aren't authorized to wear state awards if they transfer to Active duty

Yes you can wear all your federally recognized awards

You're referring to awards earned on title 10 (federal/active) versus title 32 (state/guard). This is why awards on state orders don't automatically transfer to AD, therefore you have to go through S1. Some state/guard awards/badges are unique like the Ram Head and cannot be worn unless in that guard unit. Rank earned in the guard is a similar issue.

Yes, awards earned while AD Army may be worn on your ARNG uniform.

Yes; awards earned while on active duty in the Army can be worn on you uniform when you transfer to the Army National Guard. And yes; if/when you go from National Guard to active component, any awards that are from your state (i.e. the Broadsword Medal for time in service in Michigan) will no longer be authorized for wear on your uniform.
