Holistic Stress Management for veterans-
If you have been struggling with stress and difficult emotions from your military experience (or life in general), Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) may help you relax, sharpen your mental clarity, build resilience and heal through the mind-body connection.

Many organizations that help veterans and the DoD itself are utilizing it & I just made an appointment to attend a session so will provide feedback here ASAP...

Alternative, holistic therapies, such as yoga, meditation, acupuncture, reiki, etc. to help service members heal from TBI, PTSD, Military Sexual Trauma, physical injuries and other mental health concerns. The Marines have started training their members on meditation while the DoD's National Intrepid Center of Excellence integrates holistic treatments into traditional medical and mental health protocols. So the impact of these therapies is being recognized.

One does not need to have experienced significant trauma to benefit; anyone can benefit as we've all experienced life's challenges. IET is a form of energy healing built on the same principals of treatments like acupuncture and reiki. IET clears negative energy blocks and emotions so that the healing, universal life force fills the energy field and brings the client more joy, peace and connectedness. Clients feel extreme relaxation, lightness and greater wellbeing after an IET session. The relaxation and mental clarity can help with healing the body since a calm mind is more conducive to healing than a stressed brain.

Appointments are free for veterans/service members. Contact [login to see] . & located on the South Shore near the Braintree Red Line stop.
