Hi Chris,

This is great information to get out to all the Military and Veterans. It is possible to get a VA Home Loan for your new home when you PCS even though you havent sold your current home and paid your excisting VA Home Loan. There are many lenders that will tell you this is not possible, but we can and have perfromed this here in Tampa.

No pain at all, the VA loan is not really a loan, the VA is just a co-signer.
