Sgt Kelli Mays I am waiting on the results of my evaluation on my heart conditions. I have been rated at 60% disability for my primary heart condition - mitral valve disease, Other heart malfunctions seem to be directly related to it including heart wall malfunction, etc.

I always recommend vets go through DAV or another VSO for their claims. We always explain what will happen in the process, for new claimants...

What is entitlement date for an initial 0% rating of service comnected injury.. But later rate 20% for secondary disabilities, while still zero for my intial injury at 0%
