Yes I am, Sir. Collectively, along with all the other members on RallyPoint. Each one of us are equipped with the philosophy and ideas which make this organization such a success.

Yes, but keeping others involved is difficult. Need to insulate from so many distractions in the world.

I think struggle one is finding the people to contribute into a mastermind. Struggle two is everyone taking it seriously enough to never let it fall of the plate.

Early on a few of us created a public one for content - offering some private ones for folks who were more serious about their success in certain areas like social media.
But people wouldn't take it as seriously either. That is, until I started charging.
Now I have a couple of smaller mastermind groups - but all paid at different levels.
In the future I plan to offer some higher paying ones. Some friends of mine strictly run masterminds with five- and six-figure memberships. These often involve meeting in person. Mine currently only have Skype calls and online meetings.
