"I, (John Q. Citizen, Donna Belladonna or whatever the name may be), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and
domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States... etc". Recognize these words? Remember the ENLISTMENT OATH (or any other form thereof) "YOU" took upon entering Military Service? You can't get much more passionate than expressing these words that essentially mean you are willing to, should the need arise, put your life on the line in defense of our nation. I can think of no better expression of Honest To God BROTHERLY LOVE.
