I have been to a multitude of briefings while I worked in TRADOC and am trying to enlighten those around me with what I have learned through these meetings.

I know it is a hard subject but it is a reality which must be discussed. Actually, we are way behind as Leaders if it has not already been done since reception into the Unit. That is the best time. The Military has a ton of resources in place these days which must be utilized to the fullest extent to ensure Soldiers leave with the best possibility of becoming a productive element within society.
