Are your Soldiers maxed out on their "Computer Based" promotion points?

With the current promotion system SPC/E-4's are entitled to 78 "computer based" promotion points towards promotion to SGT/E-5 and SGT/E-5's are entitled 84 "computer-based" promotion points towards promotion to SSG/E-6.   When I say computer based I'm referring to all non-resident military training including Army Correspondence Course Program (ACCP), Distance Learning, and Army E-learning.  I bring this up because I created a spreadsheet laying out the accepted ACCP courses, hours they are worth, number of tests required for completion, and college credit they are worth (if applicable).  With the ratio being 5 ACCP hours to 1 promotion point it requires 420 hours to be "maxed out" on the computer based section of the military education point bracket.  If you are interested or have any questions, please find me on global and I will send you a soft copy or try to answer any questions  you might have.  I created this for Soldiers in my unit but want to help as many troops as I can.  <div><br></div><div>"Life's most persistent and urgent question is: 'What are you doing for others?' SGT Henigin,<div><br></div><div>Another equally if not more important question you should ask yourself as well as others as the focus has shifted over the years; is yourself as well as all of the Soldiers you have influence over enrolled in some type of continuing education program? I.e. Associates, bachelors, certificates.</div><div><br></div><div>I pose this question to you because a great leader told me one time to always prepare as if I was getting out of the Army. In today's military, the opportunity for everyone may not be there for a 20 year retirement. What I have found in my unit for example there are only 2 out of the 15 SPC have these points maxed out.  The others woudl rather watch movies than do these courses and get credit for them. Even when I show them that this can help make up the difference in points for not going to WLC.
